Shipping and Handling

Nationwide: two (2) - three (3) business days.

If you will not be at home during normal delivery hours you can provide us with an alternative secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are reviewed after they are placed. Orders received before 3PM (W.A.T) are processed same day between Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Once an order ships, we are unable to update delivery addresses or timing of delivery. Severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders outside Nigeria will be delivered within Five (5) - Fourteen (14) business days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

To ensure timely delivery of orders opting for expedited shipping they must be received by 5PM W.A.T to be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping time does not include Sundays, and orders placed on Saturday after 3PM (W.A.T) and those placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

We are currently not able to deliver shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
